Two Ford Pinto engine cylinder heads. I have put them in the for parts or not working category as I don't know enough about them to say how good or bad they are. The first one has had definitely had some work done to the inlet ports. The valve sizes I think are standard-Inlet 41.9mm and Ex 36mm. The cam has some numbers stamped into the end 971277. I don't know if that means anything. The cam on the other head has no numbers but two letters I think. The 971277 cam has Ford cast into it so maybe just standard. This is a pair of original Ford SVO V-6 aluminum high port cylinder heads for the 4.5L SVO NASCAR engines, part #M-6049-F380. These heads are semi-finished, and come with "as cast" port throats, and will need the valve guides and seats machined. This is the first design Cosworth casting canted valve heads that use the SVO V-8 valvetrain components. Same casting as the M-6049-G380 finished head. They were cast to accept up to a 2.19" intake valve, and 1.710" exhaust valve. These heads are NOT compatible with production 3.8L engines. They only work on the SVO V-6 engine blocks.
