Completely restored Austin Healey BN4 2 Port Cylinder Head: perfect for a high quality 100-six restoration. This cylinder head has enjoyed a complete overhaul with new parts and freshly machined surfaces. It was completely stripped, including the core plugs (a hallmark of a decent job) and acid dipped, converted to unleaded and carefully rebuilt with new and refurbished parts. Ford 1600 Kent 711M Flat cylinder head, removed from a running MK1 Mexico. Exhaust port at face is about 28mm and inlet port at face is about 34mm. Exhaust valves are 34mm and inlet valves are 39mm. Removed from a running car last year. Probably Could do with a skim. I cant see any cracks between valves or plug holes, slight pitting around valves on one cylinder, see photos. I have not removed the valves. I doubt if it has unleaded valve seats. Would prefer collection, but will consider sending. Had this head done by ALD for my 1.8 engine, I fitted the head but it turned out the cylinder bores were worn so decided to upgrade to a 2.0. The cylinder head has barely done any running since being ported and has cleaned up really well as you can seen in the photos.
