Completely restored Austin Healey BN4 2 Port Cylinder Head: perfect for a high quality 100-six restoration. This cylinder head has enjoyed a complete overhaul with new parts and freshly machined surfaces. It was completely stripped, including the core plugs (a hallmark of a decent job) and acid dipped, converted to unleaded and carefully rebuilt with new and refurbished parts. Re-used parts have been chemically blacked, and the head has been given a lick of the correct Austin Healey metallic green engine paint, so it looks very smart. Valves (suitable for unleaded). Acid dip to remove scale from inside the water jacket (a big plus, as Healeys do tend to get sludged-up, reducing cooling performance). Hardened exhaust seats installed. Valve seats given the famous “3-angle job”, to improve gas flow into the chamber. I can send by courier if required, drop me a line for a price.
