Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed, valves inspected and replaced as needed, all valve seats and valves pressure tested to ensure proper seating and holding of pressure. Pressure tested for internal cranks. Bottom deck is measured and cut as needed to prolong the life of the head. Clean and sand blasted to a natural metal finish and not painted silver like the other guys. Stamp of approval from our machinist. Fits all of the following Honda / Acura cars: 94-01 Acura Integra with B18C1 engine. Head has been ported and polished by JG engine dynamics in Alhambra CA. 080 inch for increased compression. Be aware of this and Valve piston contact with large performance camshafts. Clay your engine during installation. Stock Lost motion assy, Stock valves, stock springs and retainers, new stem seals. Damaged mounting bolt hole for top bolt on distributor. No mounting bolts are included. Missing oil hole plug behind the distributor area. The one opened up for LS VTEC setups. No camshafts are included. During this time you can inspect and test the item on a bench or with a machinist. Once installed you can not return the head unless there is an issue. New cylinder head gasket must be used. Do Not reuse your old head gasket.
