For sale is my Yamaha FZR1000 EXUP model 3GM fully refurbished cylinder head. I was rebuilding a replacement engine for my bike (see other items) but no longer have the room or motivation to complete the build. Cylinder head and valves disassembled, cleaned and blasted with crush walnut. Mild porting of inlet and exhaust ports to remove all casting imperfections. Cylinder head professionally skimmed. New valve stem oil seals fitted. New cylinder head mid-section gasket fitted. New stainless steel exhaust studs, heat resistant lock nuts & washers fitted. New Black Diamond were fitted along with a new set of British manufacture valve springs. Exhaust stub fit is good and rocker box bolt threads all look good. They are early heads US and feature the large 49mm intake valves and 41.5mm exhaust valves and 39mm intake ports, 35mm exhaust ports. They are threaded for US air injection in the exhaust ports and can be plugged - we have proper stainless plugs with the correct thread and seal washers available if no air injection is used (not included).
