This is a GENUINE PEUGEOT 106 GTI & CITROEN SAXO VTS TU5J4 16 VALVE CYLINDER HEAD. IT HAS RECUT OVERSIZE VALVE SEATS (+1MM FOR BOTH INLET AND EXHAUST) - NO VALVES ARE INCLUDED. IT HAS BEEN AQUABLASTED, THE PORTS HAVE ALL BEEN PORTED & POLISHED AND THE MATING SURFACE HAS BEEN SKIMMED, THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK CARRIED OUT BY RENOWNED PEUGEOT TUNING EXPERTS PUG1OFF. This head was built, ported, and polished by a factory KTM race team for a top factory rider. This head is missing the 4 rocker arm shaft retaining bolts (2 x 77036080000, 2 x 78036080000) as well as the valve cover bolts. The exhaust shims were not installed when I received this engine so you will need to check which one goes on which side when installing (they are slightly different sizes). This assembly has less than 20 hours of use on a 2015 KTM 450 SX-F. Everything is in perfect working condition. No cracks, damage, repairs, or excess or unusual wear.
