Porsche 911SC Big Port Cylinder Heads Rebuilt 39mm Large Intake Ports 1978-1983

They are early heads US and feature the large 49mm intake valves and 41.5mm exhaust valves and 39mm intake ports, 35mm exhaust ports. They are threaded for US air injection in the exhaust ports and can be plugged - we have proper stainless plugs with the correct thread and seal washers available if no air injection is used (not included). These early cylinder heads are date-stamped 9-77, and the date-stamps on 2 of the heads are not visible due to refacing them. They have all been refaced to the same height. Porsche 901 911 1964-1967 Cylinder Heads 2.0 liter SWB 39/35 valves 32/32 ports

These cylinder heads have been refurbished with new guides and Wrightwood Racing Teflon valve stem seals and have been refaced by 0.25mm (0.010 in) for a perfect seal to the cylinders. Ether run them as they are for a slightly improved compression or use the factory thicker cylinder base shims to make up for the 0.25mm they have been shaved. All studs/ hardware have been re-plated with Zinc-yellow Trivalent Chromate or replaced as needed as shown in the photos. Please check out the photos closely. The valve seats are excellent, not machined or lapped in far for excellent compression, valves are original 46mm intakes and sodium filled 40mm exhaust valves, same as the 73 Porsche 911 Carrera RS had, ports are large 38/38mm beautifully ported and polished, valve springs are new Aase Brothers /Aasco Motorsports with light weight titanium retainers, spark plugs are both 14mm for an easy selection of plugs, the heads have been chamfered/beveled for 86.7mm cylinders - these heads are perfect for your screaming 2.5 liter 911 engine.
