I have 3 cylinders from a 1998 Yamaha SRX. They have been ported. Nice work, doesnt look like a home job, Not sure who's work. 2 need to be replated and the 3rd has a very light scratch on the intake side. 1969-76 kawasaki H1 top end Ported cylinder head barrels 61.0mm over jug motor

You are looking at a ported cylinder barrels from a 1974 Kawasaki. The cylinder barrels were blasted with special media to original factory finish. The cylinders are in good condition but one of the fins looks like it was fixed and welded, I have attached a picture with the weld area.
