Honda CB250 K4 Cylinder Head. Both inlet and exhaust have been ported. Inlets opened up to about 32mm. About 1.55mm taken off. Combustion chamber looks good. Exhaust guides are bronze, but look like someone has mullered the top. One plug has a helicoil. The other looks suspect, but threads are there. This will also fit the 350k4, but you might need to scallop around the combustion chamber. Although in a sorry state, there are no broken fins and all fins are quite straight. So worth saving for that.

This is a ported race head. It's off a fully blown built crf250r with a whole custom cam setup and stroker kit. This head dropped 2 valves. The SEATS are good. The one guide needs to be replaced. You can order guides and install them your self at home cheap. After a new guide, it will need 2 new valves, 1 spring, 1 pair of retainers, and 1 spring base plate. After roughly 80 in parts it will be a ported head that works. Any questions feel free to ask. I was going to repair it, and never got too it.
