Offset guide bore machining available at an additional cost. Machine spring platform to provide correct spring installed height. Install and hone guides. Counter bore valve throat to 85-90% valve size depending on application. Cut valves to equal depth. 4 Angle valve seats. Hand port seat throat and bowl. A Series Classic Mini 7 Port Crossflow Aluminium Cylinder Head. Fitted with large race valves (36mm inlet and 32mm exhaust), bronze guides and unleaded seats. The valves are Minispares C-Aeg544 and exhaust valves are C-Aeg 107. Porting work has been carried out to the head to remove steps and imperfections left during the casting. This is a Pierce casting which was then modified by Vintage Minis in Holland. This was fitted with twin Weber 45's on to a well built 1380 and produced approx 135bhp when rolling road tuned by Regency Autos earlier this year (see rolling road print out above).
