1966 Corvette 427 / 425HP L72 Cylinder Head #3873858 / GM Rect. Port, Dated J 1 5. This is a clean looking head, it has been ported on the intake and exhaust, and appears to be set up for 2.25" intake and 1.88" exhaust valves. The intake bowl has been opened up below the seat. I haven't magnufluxed the head, but did a thorough magnified inspection with high intensity light. It looks good, along with all threaded holes. The casting date of Oct. 1st, 1965 is very early.
