Classic Mini 12G940 Cylinder Head 11 Stud Modified Ported etc

12G940 Modified 11 stud cylinder head. It's a MK3 S/1300 GT casting with the 12G1805 number (has been ground off for unknown reason) and letter'K' stamped next to the thermostat housing. It's been modified but i'm unsure who did the work. The head has been fully ported, all valve throats ground out and smoothed. The valves have replaced with stainless steel REC valves (35 mm inlet, 29 mm exhaust) along with bronze valve guides. I've roughly measured the chambers, and they're about 23cc. The thickness of the head is 70.5 mm. All threads are good and none have been repaired/helicoiled. The bypass hose takeoff has been removed and needs blanking…

This cylinder head can also be retrofitted to a later TR6 provided that you also have the proper earlier narrow-port intake manifold for this narrow-port induction head configuration. The distance between these intake ports is approximately 0.65. The Stanpart casting number is 307837. The part number stamped on this cylinder head is 516323.
